Almost half way through the month of August.
I think I been coping quite well with the blistering heat outside. And for that reason only, I bring you the ultimate summer recipe. More of a serving suggestion then a recipe,
but refreshing non the less.
Watermelon and feta cheese
Slice the watermelon into 2cm thickness rounds.
Each round cut into 2cm cubes.
Cut a chunk of sheep’s milk feta cheese into 2cm slices. And each slice cut into 2cm cubes.
Arrange on a plate like a check board, and garnish with mint leaves.
